I. Job Overview:

1. Responsible for the management of the company's R&D projects, promote the development and realization of related R&D projects, overall control, and items in the development process. Manage and ensure project progress, implementation and quality.

2. Responsible for the establishment of R&D management system and the construction of R&D management process and system.

3. Responsible for the company's technical team management, internal talent training, etc.

 

II. Job Requirements

1. Experience in product development, project management, team management and R&D system construction.

2. Have more than 5 years experience in R&D IPD.

3. Familiar with product development process and have experience in product development management.

4. Strong communication and management skills, ability to work under pressure and sense of confidentiality.

5. Strong work enthusiasm and research spirit.

6. Have keen judgment and decision-making ability, and be good at discovering the core nature of problems and making corresponding decisions.
