Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize, implement, evaluate and follow up training programs in line with the company's strategy, organizational growth and employee personal development according to the company's development needs, and verify the training effect;

2. Explored the company's internal training resources, organized the internal lecturer team and curriculum development

3. Coordinated external training institutions and resources to improve the internal and external training course system;

4. Experience in curriculum development and talent development management is preferred.

 

Competency requirements:

2. Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, fairness and justice, rigorous work, strong ability to work under pressure;
